Portal III is part of the 'Other Worlds' series and is a mixed media painting on a wooden panel. Like a canvas, it is possible to hang the panel on its frame using a single nail. The 'Other Worlds' series of work is based on an imaginary interpretation of what we can't see; a view into a different dimension which can only be experienced when eyes are shut. 
I have a fascination of where my imagination can take me- to worlds that we cannot see but which may be there, to all we are unaware of. A sneek peek through a viewfinder to another universe or images that come to me when I am still.
