'Pro Patria' celebrates 50 years of 'Pride.'
This painting includes images from a vintage magazine called 'Punch' (over 100 years old) adapted to look like the characters are holding the Pride flag.
Pro Patria was the title of the article, which depicted Rule Britannia (the main image) returning home, triumphant. The number '50' is also collaged from the same vintage magazine.
Pro Patria is painted onto a cradled wood panel and mounted in a natural wood float frame.
